iapos;m moving out of my current place and would like to get a place in the same east sac/northern tahoe park area (non-ghetto, near sac state). A 3bdrm house/duplex preferably.

we will have cheap rent for sure. Iapos;m talking under or at 400.

some requirements:
-MUST be ok with the occasional party/kickback/BBQ
(you dont have to be a party animal just dont be a prude but dont be a lush either)
-no cats, iapos;m allergic they cost extra deposit $$
-no young immature people, and no old creepy people. Haha =]

i just want some chill roommates because my current roommate goes to bed at like 8pm every night so i can never ever ever have company over which gets VERY old.
